PSNStores Weekly Roundup: May 20th – 26th 2013

After reading Ben’s review of Men’s Room Mayhem last week I was looking forward to trying it out when this weeks PSN update came around, especially when I found out it would be only a buck for PS+ members. It was hard to pass it up for that price. I also grabbed Passing Time when the PSM store updated. With a simple and addictive concept that plays really well the game definitely earns a spot on my list of favorite PSM titles.  For more info on Passing Time and the other four PSM titles released this week you can check out our extended sneak peek and the first video edition PSM Quick Play.

But our coverage of PSM doesn’t stop there as we have a review for the recently released title Rymdkapsel along with reviews for episode one of Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery, Tiny Token Empires, and Voodoo Chronicles. You can also listen to the latest episode of the podcast to hear more about Voodoo Chronicles and Jacob Jones along with other new releases, Vita store problems, Cicada watch 2013, and the editors thoughts on the just announced Xbox One. We will be finding out more about the next generation of consoles at E3 in a couple of weeks (which Chris and Nick will be attending) , but that’s not stopping seasoned PlayStation devs Curve Studios and Housemarque from talking about there PS4 plans now. A spiritual sequel to Stardust is definitely something I want on the PS4.

In website news I am also happy to say that we received our capture enabled Vita this week that you guys so graciously helped us get. You can see some test footage here and keep an eye on the PSNStores twitch account as Chris is planing a mega PSM livestream (I am talking 67 games here!) tomorrow May 27th at 1PM PDT.
