PSNStores Weekly Roundup: September 3rd – September 9th 2012

Three new announcements to feast your eyes on this week : Jazz: Trump’s Journey is a port of the award winning iOS/Android platformer that will be coming to EU (and hopefully NA) Vita’s this year,  you can look forward to flying a helicopter and blowing things up the first quarter of 2013 when Thunder Wolves is released,  and Call of Juarez: Gunslinger is the first download only installment in the wild west FPS series and will also be available the first quarter of 2013. The release date for the hack-and-slash RPG Realms of Ancient War was also announced this week. You will be able to slay monsters and loot corpses in the EU when the game is released later this month on September 19th.

In PlayStation Mobile news we have word that not only have Beats Slider and Hungry Giraffe by FuturLab and Laughing Jackal respectively been approved by Sony Format QA but that both companies are also working on unannounced secret titles for the platform. As a fan of their work on Minis I look forward  to hearing more news on these secret games.

Two reviews for you this week for the instrument-less Rock Band Blitz and the tower defense (with a twist) Anomaly: Warzone Earth.

Just because PAX Prime is over for another year doesn’t mean the coverage at PSNStores has stopped with Eric and Chris giving their hands-on impressions of The Cave, Frobisher Says, Orc Attack, Double Dragon Neon, and Wake Up Club. Sound Shapes Sample Tracks made its return this week where I profiled three of my favorite community made levels, and if you happened to miss any of the past installments (shame on you!) you can check out the archive here. Also like always we have your global store update and a sneak peek at next week’s NA update. All of this and more in this edition of the PSNStores Weekly Roundup:
