indiePub Announces Vessel

indiePub, publishers of Auditorium and the upcoming Storm, have announced another indie title coming to PSN later this year by the name of Vessel. Vessel, which you might guess by the title, is a game about fluids. The game is built on a “groundbreaking” physics engine which can simulate all sorts of fluids.

The main gameplay hook is about using the fluids to bring living machines, called Fluros, to life and due to the fact that they are a “living machines” they each have different powers. So add lava to one to make it melt or give it another liquid to have it regrow limbs all the while you are using them to solve puzzles.

“The high level of artistry in the indie gaming space can result in truly inspired creations,” said Mark Seremet, CEO of Zoo Entertainment. “Vessel is an amazing game in our growing digital lineup that combines a creative storyline with stimulating gameplay and exceptional technology. It exemplifies the ingenuity and craftsmanship that we have found within the indiePub community.”

The game will be at PAX so Eric and I will definitely slide on over and check it out.
