“Special end boss Mecha T-Rex, battle it on the Moon in low gravity” …incredible.

    • Developer – Yeh, my games have a habit of not making much sense ^_^

Judging from the screenshots of that dino game, it doesn’t look like a pure hunting sim to me. I’ll stick to the Carnivores series. In fact, I think I shall play it tonight.

    • Developer – What kind of pure hunting do you mean? 😉

    • Freelance

I mean an actual hunting simulation ie big map, tracking and stalking animals. Lots of games these days involve hundreds of animals rushing at you for you to shoot at, which has nothing to do with actual hunting because that doesn’t happen in real life.

That said, I wasn’t aware you’re not a person hunting dinosaurs. Are you a dinosaur chasing after other dinosaurs?

    • Yeh your the Raptor (hence its name) Your not the first to see it and presume its a guy shooting dinos. I may have to explain it in the description a bit better in future haha

Maps are quite big for mobile and vita, its not for PC so there not DayZ like.

    • Freelance

Thanks for the info. I thought it was the standard hunting game with a guy and a gun. The game seems interesting now, but I’m afraid I don’t have the funds for it at the moment.

BTW, did you get your inspiration for the game from Off-Road Velociraptor? It’s rather old, but it took place in the future where scientists discovered how to make a portal to send ppl back to the past. Dino meat is apparently delicious, so with the portal, people went back to dino era and harvested dinos by running them over with a jeep with a big spiked ball chained at the back.

The odd thing was, the person (you) driving the jeep was a velociraptor, and you’re killing your own fellow velociraptors to get their meat to send to the future.

    • Ha its okay 😛 I’m planning on a update and price drop for it in the near future, sonys ‘review’ period for games has been huge, so an update that took me two days to make could be a month before its released >_< and wow that happy flappy birds game clone, $4 O_O crazy

    • I made the game 4 years ago when i first started learning how to, i just wanted to be a dinosaur and run round in random maps, portals were a way of ‘joining/explaining’ how to get from one place to another. There was no real story to it, i’ve heard of the jeep game, but i never knew the story to it, or that the drivers a raptor, what a twist!

You get Happy’d when you don’t release in Japan.
