PlayStation Store finally updated, get your PS Plus discount refunds now
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday… it took Sony Computer Entertainment America three whole days to update the PlayStation Store on PS3, Vita, and PS4. While it was down, some people (at least 200) may have paid the full $14.99 for Towerfall Ascension on PS4 not realizing that it was supposed to be discounted to $11.99 with PS Plus. If this was you, there is a solution, but you’ll have to work a little for your $3.
Morgan Haro from the PlayStation family of employees has updated us on what to do with this helpful tweet:
PS Store is now 100% updated! If you made a purchase earlier and didn't get an advertised PS Plus discount, contact @AskPlayStation.

Basically, tweet to @AskPlayStation your problem and they will tell you what to do next. It’s just one of several ways to give in touch with SCEA on issues you may or may not have with your PlayStation family of video game consoles. I would highly recommend becoming familiar with the others by way of the PlayStation Support contact options page of their website.
So, did you buy Towerfall Ascension without your PS Plus discount? Did you buy a different title without the discount? Please leave us a comment in the field down below…
