We first reported that Chronovolt was in development back in February and then again with new screenshots in October. Now an official press release for this new Vita game has come with even more screenshots and a release date.
Europe and Australia will be getting Chronovolt on November 21. PlayStation Plus subscribers will score the time bending gameplay free as part of the initial Instant Game Collection offerings on Vita. Remember, even if you don’t own a Vita but are a PS Plus subscriber, you can still download the game to your PS3 and transfer it once you finally get a Vita. Though, you must be a Plus subscriber to play the game.
However, if you’re in North America you’ll be waiting a few more weeks. Right now the release window for Chronovolt in NA is “later this year.” This is nothing new with UK and European developers that begin their development in their own region before localizing it for others.

Chronovolt will feature 27 3D puzzle-platforming levels, 3 different time-bending powers, 3 unique environments to explore, and asynchronous multiplayer. It will take advantage of the front touch, back touch, and motion as input devices.
Downloadable content will be also be available on November 21, but there are no details as to what type of DLC we could expect to apply to the main game. If you download the game this Wednesday, do let us know what you think of the game in the comments below.
