Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light was developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix. It will be available later this summer on the PSN for the price of $14.99.
The game is a stand-alone title for the series, and marks the first time that the franchise will include cooperative multiplayer (both online and local). Lara and her male ally, Totec, will be raiding tombs, earning points to unlock new items and weapons. The game also boasts a fair amount of puzzles which require the two characters to work together. As you can see by the gameplay screenshots, the entire game takes place from a fixed isometric view a la Gauntlet Legends or the Diablo series. Looks like a load of hacking, slashing, and looting fun.

Definitely another PSN title I’m looking forward to. I’m probably going to end up getting more PSN titles this summer than actual retail games.
Looks pretty good, even though I’m not the biggest Tomb Raider fan.
Not bad, I expected worst in the graphics department.
