Since you need to have some code to get them running, it is only available to those with Dev Kits. So I don’t think there will be one, for now at least.

If I have the USA copy of SingStar, I won`t be able to buy from UK Singstore and vice-versa, right?
You can buy from there if you have a UK PSN account and a way to get funds added to it.
So the music added via PSN are not bound by region? (just to get that clear)
