Adventure Time: The Secret Of The Nameless Kingdom Launches Next Week on Vita

The latest video game based on Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time animated series is drawing near, and publisher Little Orbit has shared some details on the pending release of the game. As WayForward’s third game in the series, the studio decided to return to the top down adventure puzzler gameplay of the first. Players take Finn and Jake as they vanquish new and familiar foes, battle their way through a vast overworld and mysterious temples, encounter new and familiar Adventure Time characters, discover hidden secrets, solve puzzles and overcome challenges to rescue all the missing princesses of the Nameless Kingdom.

The PlayStation Vita release of the game will be fully compatible with the PlayStation TV. It’ll launch next week exclusively on the PlayStation Store.

Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom will also be available the same day on PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo 3DS. Those versions will see a retail release. Little Orbit didn’t announce a price for the Vita release, but the MSRP for the 3DS SKU is $30 while the console versions are $40.

Previous Adventure Time games were brought out by D3 Publisher. This is the first from Little Orbit. I guess a change in publishers brought a change of view …
