SNOW, an open-world free-to-play skiing/snowboarding game, is coming soon to the PlayStation 4. The goal of the game is to allow players to relax as they explore the open mountain or to take on challenges and compete against other players.

For example one mountain in the game, Siala, is over 8 square kilometers and features 20 different unique areas to explore. These areas consist of steep cliffs, dense forests, and even man made areas like small villages. Apparently you’ll also be able to customize your experience by adding jumps and rails to do tricks off of.

No matter what the player does they’ll always gain experience and continue to progress. You’ll be able to completely customize everything about how your character looks from head to toe. The game also features an in-game replay and photo-mode that will allow players to capture their best runs and share with friends.

So far the developer has only shown skiing, but they plan to reveal more information on snowboarding as well as other winter sports in the future.
