Have you felt that Vita’s app selection was a little sparse compared to other platforms? Well, it looks like Sony understands as the company have announced a spring avalanche of apps. Starting today, users in the US will be able to download the anime streaming service Crunchyroll, the concert streaming service Quello, and the National Hockey League’s GameCenter Live app to their Vitas. Next week will finally see the release of TV show, and movie streaming service Hulu Plus, alongside Gaiam TV, and Redbox Instant.

These apps join the handful of other services on the platform like Facebook, Youtube, Netflix, and Crackle. Some of these apps are a little overdue.
