PlayStation Now Beta Invites Going Out

PlayStation Now, Sony’ cloud based gaming service for every device is getting a beta, and it’s happening very soon. Beta invitations started going out at about 5PM PT today, and are slowly making their way into more and more inboxes. Here’s what they look like:

So, the email says that receivers of it will gain access to the beta when vouchers go out in a couple of days, as long as they confirm their participation. Sony reccomends that before playing in the beta, to “hook up your PS3 to an Ethernet (wired) connection” and that your connection should be at least 5mbps fast.

Beta access is pretty slim at the moment, and the criteria to get in to the beta has still not been revealed. It seems pretty random right now. For more information on PlayStation Now, be sure to check out Curtis’ post from when it was first announced.

Are you eagerly checking your inbox every 5 minutes for an invite or do you not really care? And has anyone gotten an invite yet? Be sure to let us know down in the comments below.
