Mononoke Slashdown Trailer Shows Some Promise

Mononoke Slashdown is a new game that was released tonight on PlayStation Mobile and before tonight I literally had no clue what the game was about.

As you can see from the trailer it looks to be an action beat’em up, with the usual things like boss fights and special attacks. But it also looks like it has a rather fluid animation system and some really slick art. I am sure I could make some comparison to the also recently released Muramasa Rebirth, but I won’t (but didn’t I sorta do that just now?)

Anyway it is on the PlayStation Mobile store for $4.49 and I will hopefully be streaming out some gameplay of this “Ultimate Ninja action game with amazing graphics and audios in awesome traditional Japanese style” tomorrow.
