Fieldrunners 2 Revealed For Vita

Alec from Subatomic Studios took to the PlayStation blog today to reveal Fieldrunners 2, a sequel to the PS Mini / iOS game Fieldrunners, is coming to the Vita.
The game will have 25 new levels and contains lots more kooky weaponry such as cow launchers and Jack-o-Lantern flamethrowers. There will also be new pathfinding mechanics for the enemies – they’ll walk right around towers, so the idea is to force the enemy into choke points. Alec also confirmed via comment replies that the game will contain trophies, and the game will not contain microtransactions. Fieldrunners 2 is due out sometime this year.
