Alien Breed Price and Release Dates Revealed

It turns out my predictions were about half right. Alien Breed is coming to PS3 and Vita in Europe on February 6th and North America the week after on February 12th. It will run European PS Store shoppers £6.49/€7.99 and as I predicted North America will pay $9.99. Furthermore, both regions will get a 20% launch discount for PS Plus subscribers.

While Alien Breed was released on PlayStation Mobile for Vita and PlayStation Certified Android devices for just $3.99, you won’t get all the console exclusive features like trophies, Cross Play, Cross-Platform Continuation Play, leaderboards, and HD graphics. I now predict Alien Breed will have unified trophies. The Cross-Platform Continuation Play means using the cloud to upload and download the save file like Knytt Underground.

I’ve reached out to Team 17 to find out if Alien Breed will be a #YOPO Cross Buy entitled purchase or not, so we still don’t have all the details. Does any of this change anything for you guys?
