We’re incredibly excited to be working closely with PlayStation over the next year, bringing our particular brand of twitchy fun to the PS Vita. Sony has provided a great package that means we retain full control of our IP, which is a perfect deal for us.”
This is what James Marsden had to say about the deal in a press released put out early today. FuturLab are known for their PlayStation minis games (Coconut Dodge and Velocity) as well as being one of the main studios releasing games on PlayStation Mobile (Beats Slider, Fuel Tiracas, Surge).
As part of this announcement they have also put up a teaser page. It seems like Velocity might be making its way to Vita, if I had to guess.
