Ron Gilbert And Double Fine Announce “The Cave”

We’ve known for quite some time now that Ron Gilbert was working with the team over at Double Fine on some sort of adventure game. As it turns out they’ve been working on something called “The Cave”. The game will put you in control of “three unlikely adventurers” that each have their own special set of abilities. Despite the lack of detail at the moment we do know that you’ll encounter an under ground amusement park as well as a medieval castle.

The Cave is scheduled for release early 2013.
