Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition Announced For PSN

To celebrate 30 years of hopping Frogger is making a comeback with Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition. Hyper Arcade Edition updates the core mechanics of Frogger while also adding new content and game modes for players to experience. In addition to the classic Frogger you’ll be able to take on Tile Capture, Battle Royale, Feakout and more. Just as well Hyper Arcade Edition will allow for up to four players to compete against each other.

On top of that Hyper Arcade Edition will allow you to customize the look of the game. Some of which include a modern neon style, the classic 8-bit look and even appearances from Konami franchises like Castlevania nad Contra.

We’ve got some screenshots below that display the different skins you can expect from the game. The neon immediately reminded me of Pac-Man Championship Edition DX.

Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition will be out on PSN this Spring.
