The Vita is now out in Japan and games and more have hit the Japanese PSN Store. It seems however that Japanese PlayStation store is not ready for the influx in usage. You can barely connect for 10 seconds without being booted with Timeout errors.

Once everything calms down, I will make a list of all the stuff that was added. Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 did get some DLC from what I can see.
