If you’ve been following the site at all, you know that Awesomenauts is one of our most anticipated titles. Today a new character spotlight has released. Meet Yuri, the the space monkey:

Did you miss the developer gameplay walkthrough? Because it’s all sorts of sweet MOBA goodness, and you should watch it now if you have the time.

Awesomnauts will be available in February 2012, so we don’t have to wait too long to get our hands on it. It features the same multiplayer matchmaking system as Swords & Soldiers, which means you can queue up and still play offline while you’re waiting to join a game. It also features 3 player local multiplayer and a ton of unlockable items to keep the completionist freaks coming back for more. I’m hoping the game supports couch AND online multiplayer. That’d be awesome.
