Sign ups for the multiplayer beta have just kicked off, so if you want to give the game a go, get yourself over to the web site and “Join The Cause”, as it were. The Beta is for consoles too? in 1UP they say only PC http://www.1up.com/news/gotham-city-impostors-beta-starts-next-month
There is a check box for 360 and PS3, so I assume it will be there as well. They are going to want to test netcode for those as well
