Chris vs. Get Fit With Mel B – Day 8
I was feeling good about this workout today. I saw that it was kickboxing again and I was ready to go for gold, but apparently the game had other plans. I don’t know if it was the color of shirt I had on or something, but it had a really hard time counting my reps. I even lost some on simple punches, which i normally get in the 95% range. I think I am going to add the resistance bands back into my workouts this week too. I need to find a way to have it work with them.
This was the first time in the week that I was using the game that I had a problem like this. Hopefully everything clears up tomorrow.
It is my goal to get a gold this week.
