The PSN Store will be updating in a few hours and we already know a few items that will be on sale. First up is Wakeboarding HD. We were a bit down on this title when we reviewed it because of its high price ($14.99). Well today you can purchase it at a much easier to shallow $7.49.
Next up we have Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. This game will also be 50% off in preparation for the 2010 World Cup. What do soccer and Rocker-Powered Battle-Cars have in common? A soccer mini game, duh. I have heard great things about this game, and I think it is hard to pass it up for $4.99.
Well that is what we know so far. If I see anything else I will add it.

I tried the Wakeboarding HD demo and didn’t really like it much. It wasn’t bad, but it’s just not the type of game I’m really into.
As for SARPBC, I bought it the last time it was on sale but still haven’t actually played it. The demo was alright (which is why I bought it when it was on sale), but there are just plenty of better PSN games I’d rather play first.
Awesome I have been waiting for Wakebording HD to go on sale. After playing the demo I never though that it was worth $15, but for $7.50 definitely.
Wakeboarding HD isn’t a terrible game, but it’s not very good either. I don’t really care for the style of graphics, the physics, or the collectibles aspect of the game. It’s definitely for the casual games.. Whereas I would have preferred it in the style of Splashdown from the PS2 days.
